Maybe you had a dream that left you staring at the ceiling the next morning. Something brought up an old wound you thought you'd already worked through. Or you're in the middle of an experience that's asking you to question just about everything you thought you knew.

Field Notes are where I write from inside those moments.
They're the questions I'm still sitting with, the bizarre experiences I'm trying to understand, the uncomfortable realizations, and the things unfolding in my life that I feel called to explore on the page.
For context, in Astrology, my Sun is in Scorpio in the 9th House of spirituality and higher learning. Meaning, I'm on a constant quest for hidden truths, wisdom, and profound transformation. I also love exploring what feels confronting, scary, or deep, so you can probably imagine that things get a little interesting around here.
One minute I'm trying to make sense of a bizarre dream, and the next I'm untangling something about love, money, fear, desire, or a pattern I didn't realize was still running the show. And sometimes things get so spiritually weird that I have to laugh and wonder what I've gotten myself into.
Because I'm often writing while an experience is still unfolding, I might come back to a question later with an entirely different perspective.
That's part of the adventure!
A little more about what's inside
Field Notes are my more intimate, raw, and sometimes confronting reflections. You might find me questioning something I've believed for years, wrestling with a realization I didn't particularly want to have, or following a spiritual rabbit hole that's getting weirder by the minute.
I share these experiences because I know how much can open up when we're willing to look closely at what's happening inside us.
As you read, you get to follow the questions, connections, and shifts in perspective as they're happening. You might recognize one of your own patterns in something I'm working through, discover a new way of looking at an experience, or feel inspired to question a story you've been carrying around for years.
That's what makes Field Notes so special to me. There's room here for the wild, messy middle, the uncomfortable questions, and the discoveries that can change how we understand ourselves. And I love the possibility that something I'm exploring might open an entirely new doorway in your own life.
Each Field Note is published as an individual piece in the collection and delivered by email, so you can read along as new experiences unfold or wander through previous entries whenever curiosity strikes.
